NEW MEMBER MONDAY | Leah Park Leah is from West Vancouver and is a first-year student studying sciences at UBC! Here’s why Leah joined ADPi: “I went into recruitment unsure of what to expect. Honestly, I was just trying something new and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. But every time I walked into the chapter room, I felt my shoulders relax and my smile get bigger, like I was coming back to friends I’d somehow known for a long time. By the end, I finally understood why these girls call ADPi home. I’m so excited to grow alongside them and to have a support system that truly cheers for each other’s wins and shows up for each other’s hard days. That’s what I felt in ADPi, and that’s the kind of sister I hope to be.” NEW MEMBER MONDAY | Logan Nathanson Get to know Logan! She’s a first-year student who wants to pursue sociology at UBC. Here’s what inspired her to join ADPi!  “I chose ADPi because the girls made me feel at home right away. There was such a welcoming energy and I felt comfortable being myself right from the start. “ NEW MEMBER MONDAY | Madeleine Karden Madeleine is a second-year Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences student at UBC, originally from Chilliwack. Here is why ADPi stood out to her: “I picked adpi because of the incredibly fierce and driven women. As soon as I walked into the chapter room, I was greeted with the most genuine and heartfelt conversations. I was assured in my own self, and felt comfortable being truly authentic. Within these conversations, I was inspired by their words, and how they carried themselves. I could envision myself being shaped into a more mature, gracious and humble woman, like the girls I had the pleasure of talking with. I hope that the woman I eventually become, is driven by these honest traits.” NEW MEMBER MONDAY | Shiya Chand Shiya is from Vancouver and is a second-year Sauder student! Here’s why Shiya joined ADPi: “Coming into UBC as a transfer student, I knew I wanted to find a community where I could build genuine friendships and feel a sense of belonging. What drew me to ADPi was the opportunity to surround myself with supportive, driven women who encourage each other to grow while still h
Anak-anak kita tidak hanya butuh sekolah. Mereka butuh didengar. 🤍
