Is your scar a ⚠️ ROADBLOCK? Comment APP for my full c-section scar mobilization tutorial! And YES… this can absolutely be part of addressing that stubborn C-section overhang + lower belly “pooch” that doesn’t seem to change no matter how many ab exercises you do. We NEED the incision AND surrounding tissues moving + gliding well 👏🏼 Because when an incision/scar becomes STICKY, restricted + tacked down 📌, it can directly affect how well you’re able to reconnect to and re-strengthen your entire core unit. Especially your lower abs + pelvic floor muscles. Think of a restricted incision like a literal ROADBLOCK 🚧 along your lower abs. And tissue mobilization work isn’t ONLY valuable after a C-section! I delivered both of my babies v@ginally and I STILL use many of these techniques on my own abs and 🍒 b. implant incisions. ✨ Skin pinching/lifting can help you get a better 360° breath so you stop only expanding out the front of your abs ✨ Skin rolling can help mobilize restricted tissues + fascia. I especially love this for my upper-ab grippers. ✨ Cupping my entire abdomen and rib cage especially along the lateral abs, where tension and restriction can contribute to that “bread loaf” 🥖 appearance of the abdomen. There are SO many benefits to improving tissue mobility whether you’ve had a C-section delivered v@ginally, or have NEVER had a baby. Comment APP and I’ll message you my full c-section scar mobilization tutorial where I walk you through all 11 techniques step-by-step inside my app. 👊🏼 #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #postpartumfitness #pelvicfloorexercises #ribflare
