I've carried every way imaginable from traditional concealed carry belts to leather belts for a long time I tied a full size steel frame Beretta into my athletic. I even ran a belly band which was low-key worse than just tying the gun into my shorts. This is the best way to carry especially if you're in gym clothes all the time.
