We came.
We saw.
We trained Ivan Drago.
The hair was bigger.
The shorts were shorter.
The tracksuits were louder.
But the mission was pretty much the same:
Get stronger. Move better. @perform_better.
Thankfully, the science has improved since then.
The fashion? Debatable.
