Hey it’s my birthday! 🎂 thanks for still sticking with me, and supporting me even through my struggles. I never take anything I get for granted because even this life I have is given to me by someone very special. I’m so grateful to live life, and exist in this world where there’s so many new experiences, and beautiful people out there. Thank you so much 🫶🏻 I took some pictures last minute yesterday and @octobee_studio really pulled through and sent these photos to me as a birthday gift today 💝 so here it is! @s___me_ is my make up artist for this look 💕
That girl in the first clip 5 years ago had a MFing MISSION. I took that “before” clip because I wanted to document my journey in becoming the absolute unit that I always wanted to be. I was SO excited to see my future self, because I knew with my whole heart, that I was going to get there, yet I knew it was going to take years and years of hard work. Now here I am, 5, almost 6 years later, and I’ve made it to the other side. And I can confidently say that I have never once regretted a single workout. And I can also confidently say, that time freaking FLIESSS BY. So when are you going to finally commit? Because the time is flying by regardless, so you might as well put in some hours. 😤 . . . . . . . . #gymtransformation #gymprogress #beforeandafter #naturalbodybuilding #buildmuscle

The potential new romance comes after Ritchson and his wife, Catherine, announced their separation on September 12, following 20 years of marriage. The former couple, who share three sons, released a joint statement emphasizing their continued respect for one another and their commitment to co-parenting. Neither Ritchson nor the woman has publicly confirmed a romantic relationship.
