The face of the New California Republic. The helmet commonly used by the NCR Rangers is a repurposed piece of pre war LAPD riot control gear. It consists of a military combat armor helmet, riot gas mask, flood lights, and a communication/surveillance antenna package attached to the right of the helmet. In the year 2281, the helmet evokes the reputation of the Rangers’ combat prowess and serves as a symbol of a unified government west of the Mojave Wasteland.

I’d like to give a huge thanks to @sksprops for his awesome painting tutorials. I couldn’t have done this project without learning from his amazing technique.
