Crispy garlic Parmesan cheesy hashbrowns

Ingredients

5-6 large russet potatoes
4 tbsp corn starch
6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Oil for frying

For garnish

Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped

For the sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1-2 cloves garlic, freshly grated
Salt to taste
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

Peel the potatoes Add to a pot of salted water and boil for about 8 minutes, just until they are partially cooked. They should still be firm in the center. Drain the potatoes very well and let them cool until they’re easy to handle. Grate them using the large holes of a box grater.
In a bowl add the grated potatoes, cornstarch, Parmesan cheese cheddar cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt. Gently mix until everything is evenly combined.

Take a portion of the mixture and firmly press it into a thick rectangle or oval. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat to 360°F.
Carefully add the hash browns and fry for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until deeply golden and crispy.
Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate and let the excess oil drain.
Add the mayonnaise, freshly grated garlic, garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt to a small bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the salt or lemon juice as needed. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

I’ve tried both & can confirm dressing like a “wh*re” is way better for gains 🤷‍♀️

Ik a bunch of “iT was A jOke” mfers are gunna come for me and to that I say… disrespectfully, shut the fuq up. It wasn’t funny. It didn’t have a punchline. He got up there and said a bunch of misogynistic bs that is soooo fkn overplayed. It’s some straight up boomer humor.

Women have been the butt of jokes for everrr- the lack of creativity in his set is almost more offensive than him saying women are dressing like wh*res. I truly believe there is a way to make fun of everyone and everything comedically, but it takes intelligence and nuance… which this entire set lacked. Like he actually thinks his audience is dumb enough to think his set was funny and that in itself is upsetting.

Also lowkey crazy he got up there and told everyone he’s a fkn creep lmao. Talked about creeping out a “beautiful woman” on a hike and then being upset he can’t stare at women in the gym… I wonder when he (and all the people that think like him) will learn that it’s not women that are they problem… it’s them 🙈

Anyway my fav clothing is from @civilregime co de liztess 😘

A Normal Day ☀️

There’s something beautiful about learning to enjoy the simple things in life. Of course, doing something exciting and out of the ordinary is always fun, but I think being able to appreciate the quiet, ordinary moments is just as special.

Sometimes all you need is a little sunshine on your balcony after a long day of work and training. Nothing extraordinary, just a normal day. And I love that. ❤️

ad I finally ticked off scuba diving at @villanautica.maldives 🥹🤿 🧜‍♀️

I genuinely cannot believe I did this!! It was such an incredible experience (once I got the hang on it!) thanks to our amazing dive instructor Arzan at @diveoceanus 👏💙

I loved that we didn’t have to go far from the house reef at Villa Nautica, we saw so many incredible fish, coral & a turtle!! 🐢🐠🪸🦀🐚🌊
