LAUKI SERIES EPISODE 11: HIGH-PROTEIN SOYA KORMA MASALA 🌿♥️ 26.5g protein per serve. It serves 4 easily🤌 🌿An entire lauki hidden in this rich, creamy, restaurant-style Soya Korma! And trust me, you won’t even know it’s there. 🤭 🌿This one has my heart! flavourful soya korma balls made without deep-frying, a freshly roasted homemade korma masala bursting with aromatic spices, and a luscious gravy made with 500 g of lauki, caramelised onions, cashews, paneer and curd. Finished with a drizzle of homemade protein-rich malai! 🤌🏻 🌿The lauki is my little secret here. I often keep steamed lauki in my fridge and blend it into gravies. It adds such a beautiful creamy texture without overpowering the flavours! 🌿And the best part? It’s a wholesome vegetarian meal with approximately 26 g protein and 9–10 g fibre per serving (estimated, including the malai). 📌 COMMENT “LAUKI” and I’ll send you the detailed recipe PDF! The PDF includes: 🌿 Homemade dry Korma Masala with exact spice quantities 🌿 Step-by-step Soya Korma Balls recipe 🌿 Creamy Lauki Korma Gravy 🌿 Homemade protein-rich malai 🌿 Cooking tips, tricks and substitutions 🌿 Detailed nutritional breakdown, including calories, protein, carbs, fats and fibre, with and without malai! 🌿I served this with Amla Tadka Chutney and Sarnata Raita, and the combination was absolutely beautiful! ♥️ Watch my last video for Amla tadka chutney🌿 #LaukiSeries #wenourish
