Believe me, I have used imperfect circumstances as an excuse not to get the work done many times, but the reality is you can always modify. You can always get work done to build your body even when the environment isn’t perfect so this is my workout today.:

Warm up on stair climber
#1-
Goblet squats 75lbs x10x4sets
(I usually use 100lbs but the barbells maxed out at 75… so I just did more reps)
Box jumps 60 something’s 4 x4
#2-
Single leg RDL with 20 lbs 8x4 R and L
Glute bridges with 75 10x4
Farmers carry with 25Kg (max kettlebell in this gym) full length of gym and back R and L x4
#3-
Triceps extensions with 30lbs 10.8.6
Lat pull down with 70lbs 8.6.4
Barbell rows with 35 lbs 8x4 R and L
#4-
Balance progression posted in my previous carousel
.
I currently am doing workouts designed by @australianstrengthcoach to rebuild the muscle I lost while I was endurance training for the #MOVETHEMOUNTAIN and so far I’ve gained 1 pound of muscle, which is great, but this gym had virtually nothing in it and so I made it up today. Don’t blame him that this looks a little random… I made it up. 😂 We just gotta get some work done.

BAD SIDE (London Live Version) il video fuori su Spotify e Youtube.

Wah Bhai Wah!!👏🏻😭
