Santorini, viñedos que crecen como pueden en un suelo volcánico con una gran escasez de agua, conducción de la viña en forma de canasta para poder soportar los vientos, hacer sombra a los racimos y retener pequeñas gotas de rocío.
Y la gran lucha contra una presión urbanística terrible. Viticultura heroica al límite.

I have completed Gatsby’s final project: a calendar 12 years in the making. 12 Years in 12 Photos: one year older with every turn of the page.
