Last Sunday, I joined a beautiful book club conversation with @gurgaonreads at @thechaptersbookstore on the art of reading — and we ended up talking about so much more than books.

Authors, poetry, journaling, doodling, our reading habits, and the little ways books shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.

What stayed with me was this: there is no “right” way to be a reader. Read slowly, annotate everything, re-read old favourites, fall in love with poetry, or simply sit quietly with a book.

Maybe that’s the magic of a book club — you arrive with your own relationship with books and leave with a little more perspective.

Because reading isn’t just about finishing books. It’s about feeling, questioning, remembering and connecting. 🤍
