A little reminder from my time in Norway:
Life isn’t only about making the most of every minute. Sometimes it is about simply enjoying it.
I collect cities, coffee spots and little moments in between as my souvenir.
If Sheldon studied filter coffee instead of physics, this would probably be his obsession.
Because when you love coffee, the roastery is always part of the itinerary.
POV: you order a V60 to go and realise that you have committed a coffee crime.

A sip of apple cider made from local produce?
Finding little pieces of Indian textiles tucked away in the small shops in the colourful streets of Stavanger
The coffee may have been the constant, but hiking in the fjords was definitely the highlight.
The motivation I had after the hike: cold coffee+ maggi.
Reality: absolutely none of it 😂
Some things don’t need an upgrade- A ritual that feels like it belongs to another era.
