LDN 1217 is a Bok Globule in the Constellation Cepheus. Bok globules are compact areas of interstellar dust where star formation occurs. Shot from my backyard using my @stellarvue_telescopes SVX130T with reducer and the ZWO2400MC Pro. 235 x 600 second light frames with an IR Cut filter.
