Comment SYNC and I’ll send you the method 💚✨ I used to think getting results just meant eating less, training more and being more disciplined. So that’s what I did. More cardio, more restriction, more pressure to be “good” all the time. And whenever I fell out of routine, I just assumed I was the problem. What I wasn’t really thinking about was my cycle, my hormones, my energy, my stress, my recovery… basically all the things that can completely change how you feel from one week to the next. Once I stopped expecting my body to perform exactly the same every day, everything got easier. I started using the higher energy parts of my cycle for more strength and dynamic movement, and the lower energy parts for Pilates, lower intensity movement and more recovery. I also stopped under-eating and actually started fuelling my body properly. And weirdly, that’s when I became more consistent. Not because I was trying harder, but because I finally had an approach that actually worked with my body rather than constantly fighting it. That’s basically what Sync was built around. So if you feel like you’re doing “all the right things” but still not really getting anywhere… Comment SYNC and I’ll send you exactly how I approach it 💚

Some of the greatest companies moving the world forward are on sale “again”. Now, the reason is t just inflation & bond yields, one of the biggest reasons is because a lot of the companies (mag 7) are taking on lots of debt to grow these data centers & that debt is now causing financial issues that are trickling down. And when you add high inflation, high bond yields, a war, and consumer debt, now it becomes a big problem. But the companies themselves are printing money hand over fist, and while that can slow down, these are some of the most profitable companies in the world. Being down 20% or double digits, becomes a great opportunity to get starter positions, or bring your cost basis down if you bought too high. Instead of being fearful, these are some of the best opportunities to build wealth, and increase your net-worth. The markets are going to crash! And after every crash, the markets rally back…. Don’t chase the rally, the smart people buy during the fear. If you’re looking for clarity, and instructions and a system, on how to navigate the markets with confidence, come join the Family.
