Britney Spears’ life in 2006 included a side of her the world rarely got to see: life as a young mum. ❤️

Britney welcomed her first son, Sean Preston, in September 2005, followed by her second son, Jayden James, in September 2006. These throwback photos capture her spending time with baby Sean during a period when she was balancing motherhood with the enormous attention that came with being one of the biggest pop stars on the planet.

The mid-2000s were a particularly intense chapter in Britney’s life, with the paparazzi following her every move and her personal life frequently becoming tabloid news. Looking back at quieter moments like these offers a different perspective on that era, beyond the headlines, the performances, and the media scrutiny. Today, her sons are grown, but these photos preserve a little snapshot of Britney’s early years as a mother.

Still feeling the love from MIPCOM in Cannes!
Such a special few days celebrating The Dream Lands with my NBC team. I’ve been genuinely touched by the warmth, enthusiasm and incredible support from around the world for a project that means so much to me and although set in the future couldn't feel more relevant with everything that's going on in the world today.
So excited for everyone to finally see it when it lands next year. There’s so much more to come… ❤️ @kaydllew @hollypull @naomidepear @sisterglobal @rosarankingee (the ladies behind the creation !!
And a little Cannes glamour along the way, thanks to the gorgeous team who helped make it all happen!
