Hi welcome to my photography account✨ Thought it was about time I introduced myself properly over here. I’m Keith. For me, this space is just about sharing art and capturing life as it happens. I don't really like sticking to one specific box or style. If I see good light, interesting textures, or a moment that feels real, I’m taking a photo of it. When I’m not shooting, I’m usually hanging out with my husband and our cat Happy, attempting to learn ukulele chords, or rewatching One Piece with a hot matcha nearby. I’m usually the one behind the camera, though my husband is finally learning how to take some decent photos me. (baby steps!). Hear me out because this message is not flashy— bricks (habits) laid on ordinary days change years 🧱 AND in a world of quick fixes, lay strength . I made a goal that felt very out of reach honestly to work towards 10+ pull-ups in the year after my 3rd C-section when my son was born and it was such a humbling process and one that taught me way more about myself than any pullup technique. I encourage women to set goals around performance > aesthetics and let them change you as you do something for yourself and ultimately for them and your future 🤝 I think the Fall Move Together challenge’s structure has a way of propelling and proving things to us we don’t know are possible (hello weekly progressive overload) with the support of the community 📈 .
