Weekly crumbs 🍂 Happy Monday friends! How are you doing? How was your weekend? I am loving October so far, and frankly the RAIN has been wonderful and I am thriving. ⏩⏩⏩ Swipe to see what I got up to, what I've been reading and for some cute Jasper pics! (which is really what everyone is here for, let's be honest) and have a selfie too in my NEW AND SIGNED HOCKEY JERSEY!! Not pictured: lots of organising, silly goings on, cosy hobbies, work things and general less fun chronic illness stuff✌️😌 ❔❔ Tell me about something (however small) that made you a little bit happy recently! What are you looking forward to this week? How is your current read? What's your go to autumn/Halloween film of choice? #bookstagram #weeklywrapup #wrapup #bookish #cosy 🏒 The ice hockey season is in full swing, and I spend both weekend days watching games! (And I also got my best friend hooked on the sport!) 😈 Going to the @cardiffdevilsofficial 40th anniversary game was really cool, even as a new fan! 😻 As always, there were lots and lots of cuddles with Jasper (he is also loving the cooler weather, cosy season and that I've brought out the electric blanket) 🎮 I’ve been dipping in and out of my playthrough of the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (No, I won’t shut up about it either) 📚 Recent reads - I recently finished The Lighthouse Witches and Threshing Day. The Lighthouse Witches wasn’t what I expected, but I liked it and I LOVED Threshing Day more than I expected to - it’s made me very excited for the rest of The Empyrean series! 📖 Currently reading - I’ve jumped back into the world of the Witcher this week, and I’ve very excited to be back. 🛍️ I treated myself to some (a lot of) bits from some wonderful small businesses in @supersecondsfestival last weekend (I may have blacked out a little bit ngl) These bits are from @lilyevansillustration, @ohlaurahq, @noteandwish and @birdhousepress! 🫶🏻 📚 Book mail! Ali Hazelwood is always an auto but author for me 💓 🎃 Film afternoon watching Halloweentown (an iconic film)
The same way I’d run my event if 10 people showed up is the exact same way I’d run it if 100 people showed up. And that’s exactly what happened. 100+ people from all different walks of life flew in from all over the country just to come to my event. It was one of the most heartwarming things to not only put together, but to finally sit back and take it all in. Because I still remember being that kid who dropped out of college and started hosting events at home with only 2–3 people showing up. Now we’re packing out venues and yachts. All I can say is this is just the start of what’s really coming🏆 Next event will be in the first quarter of next year. Stay tuned🤞🏼 Shout to my yacht plug @danz.miami
Today I learned my blue light glasses DEFINITELY work and (apparently) so does my zoom
Today marks exactly 10 years since the first Outbreak brickfilm was released, marking the 10th anniversary of the first episode of the series - - Yes, Outbreak 4 is still in the works. I did wish to release the trailer on this day initially, but I need more time to complete it - - Watch the original Outbreak brickfilm here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjqkZeMoI04 - - #brickfilm #LEGO #outbreak #zombie #infected #UN #unitednations #legocustom #customlego #legozombie #LEGO #stopmotion
