Music At Stow

JACQUI DANKWORTH
MUSICAL THEATRE NIGHT

One of Britain’s most distinctive and celebrated vocalists, Jacqui Dankworth brings a rare combination of elegance, warmth and extraordinary musicality to the stage.

Described by The Sunday Times as “one of our finest singers regardless of category,” Jacqui has built a remarkable career crossing the worlds of jazz, musical theatre and contemporary song — always making the music unmistakably her own.

For the Music at Stow Festival, Jacqui turns her attention to the genius of Stephen Sondheim, celebrating the legendary American composer and lyricist in a wonderfully intimate evening inspired by her own collaborations with Sondheim.

Join us as we revel in beautiful storytelling, exceptional musicianship and some of musical theatre’s most memorable songs, interpreted by one of the UK’s truly great vocalists.
