Grace has made such a huge shift in herself ~ listening, being a caring and thoughtful friend, showing up for the people around her, and applying herself to everything she sets her mind to. Watching her grow in confidence and character has been pretty special.

This week she officially signed up for @competitive.edge powerlifting… a completely new challenge and definitely outside her comfort zone, but one she is so excited about. 🏋🏼‍♀️ It’s been so special watching her discover a love for lifting through the kids’ futures class, seeing her confidence grow with the best coach @bigleeroy21, and watching her light up when she’s in the gym space. Watching her step into something new at only 9 years old, challenge herself and discover what she’s capable of is so exciting. 💛🖤

So lucky I get to be on this journey alongside you, Gracie. Watching you become the person you’re meant to be is one of my favourite things 🤍
