A Georgia family is demanding answers after 26-year-old mother Shanteria “Tia” Mosely was found d!smembered at an apartment complex in Smyrna, a city just outside Atlanta. Mosely had left home to make DoorDash deliveries before relatives lost contact with her. Her family tracked her phone, located her car and began searching the apartment complex. Mosely’s aunt, Michelle Weaver, said relatives went door-to-door and even came face-to-face with 18-year-old Kingston Bradley (pictured in orange shirt, slide 2), asking whether he had seen anyone leave Mosely’s car. He allegedly said no. The family later saw Bradley carrying what appeared to be a container before he allegedly dropped it and ran. Police said a dismembered torso was found inside, and Mosely’s family identified her by a tattoo. Weaver claims an officer initially responded but left while relatives continued searching. “Don’t say y’all found her. Her family found her,” she told 11Alive. “You guys left us to do it ourselves.” She claims the officer later returned and told the family, “I should have believed y’all.” 11Alive reported that Smyrna Police had not responded to its request for comment about the family’s allegations. Bradley is charged with f4lony concealing the d3ath of another person and is being held without bond. Arrest warrants allege investigators found bl00dstains and a bl00d-covered saw inside his apartment. He has not been charged with Mosely’s m*rder, and the investigation remains ongoing. 66 years old. Still lean, strong, and energized. Here’s what a full day of eating actually looks like for me. Breakfast: a Tex-Mex protein bake. I prep it ahead of time, so it works just as well for a rushed weekday morning as it does for a weekend brunch with family. I pair it with a smoothie made with goat whey, berries, almond milk, and Himalayan tartary buckwheat. Lunch: a buckwheat bowl with smoked paprika chicken. Warm spices, cool crunch, bright acidity, and fermented ingredients for a gut-friendly boost. Snack: no-bake protein bites. I keep a batch on hand for post-workout or anytime I need something quick between meals. Dinner: salmon with coconut-tomato salsa. One of my favorite proteins. It cooks fast, it’s rich in omega-3 fats, and it pairs beautifully with bold, fresh flavors. Dessert: olive oil and almond cake. I don’t typically eat dessert, but this won’t spike your blood sugar.
