podcast bhi edit karna tha 😭🤏🏻 . .Rimjhim - Choti Umar Bada Safar (2025-) Genre: Drama, Romance, Royal Family Saga Channel: Dangal TV Setting: Jaipur / royal palace Rimjhim - Choti Umar Bada Safar follows 16-year-old Rimjhim, a young girl from Jaipur whose ordinary life takes a shocking turn when she discovers that she has royal roots. What begins as a discovery about her family gradually pulls her into a dangerous world of palace politics, hidden secrets, power struggles and betrayal. Rimjhim is deeply devoted to her younger brother Avik. When Avik's position and future become threatened by people inside the royal family, Rimjhim decides that protecting him is more important than protecting herself. She is forced to grow up quickly and face people who want to use Avik as a pawn in their fight for power. One of the most complicated relationships in Rimjhim's journey is with Sameer. Their relationship develops through misunderstandings, conflict, trust and complicated emotions. Sameer becomes an important part of Rimjhim's struggle as she tries to balance her personal feelings with her responsibility toward her family. As Rimjhim becomes more involved with the royal family, she discovers that not everyone around her can be trusted. Old secrets begin coming out, people hide their real intentions, and Rimjhim repeatedly has to choose between love, family and duty. Her journey changes her from an innocent young girl into a strong and determined protector. She is willing to sacrifice her own happiness if it means keeping Avik safe and protecting what belongs to her family. .#himanshuawasthi #yashikasharma #rimjhim #explore #fyp . . .@belleyashika @thehimanshunawasthie
Food noise, sugar cravings and bloating, even though you’re eating a high protein, low carb breakfast? 😩 I see this ALL THE TIME clinically. The same total energy (calories) can have very different effects on your blood sugar and energy depending on where those calories come from 💡 Your brain runs best on glucose, which mostly comes from carbohydrates. Fat and protein keep you full, but the energy they contain is released slowly. If your breakfast is mostly fat and protein, you can feel full but still be low on usable energy. If you exercise first thing, or are just busy through the morning, that can leave you searching for more food, especially sweet things, even if you’ve technically had enough fuel. This is the difference between total energy consumed and how available that energy is for your body to use. For many people, that looks like thinking about snacks by 11am, needing something sweet after lunch or mid-afternoon, or wanting to pick at food all day. A high protein, low carb diet is also often low in soluble fibre, or just skewed to slow transit foods, which will cause bloating, and grazing will make that worse.  Fat and protein both matter, but adding a slow-release carb like wholegrain toast, oats or potatoes gives your brain what it’s looking for, your energy levels stabilise, and cravings and food noise go quiet. Everyone’s needs are a little different, but if these issues feel constant even though you’re eating well, this simple change to breakfast can make a real difference.
