👀 Spotted on Hornby Island: @kiannacentrone soaking up the sun, serving serious coconut glow. 🥥☀️
NOODI Coconut Body Oil + island days = a pretty perfect combination. 🤎

Take us back to Hornby. 🌊✨

16 YEARS SOBER TODAY. 16 YEARS OF FIGHTING DEMONS, KEEPING MY WORD, AND STANDING ON PRINCIPLE. 🙏🏼💯 As much as I would love to wake up today and celebrate 16 years of sobriety, instead, I woke up to betrayal. Let me make something VERY clear. When I help someone, I expect NOTHING in return. No money. No favors. No recognition. No loyalty purchased through generosity. THAT is what SELFLESS SERVICE means. But don’t ever confuse my kindness with weakness, my generosity with stupidity, or my willingness to help with permission to betray me. I can forgive a lot of things. But I will NEVER compromise my integrity to accommodate dishonesty. Especially when it involves ME, my FAMILY, and the name I’ve spent my entire life building and defending. HECTOR BRAVO FERREL. That name means something to me. My word means something to me. My integrity is NOT negotiable. I keep telling you guys, there aren’t many REAL ONES left in this world. And there are even fewer hiding behind these social media screens. Some people preach loyalty until loyalty costs them something. Some preach integrity until telling the truth becomes inconvenient. 16 YEARS SOBER. STILL STANDING. STILL SELFLESS. STILL UNWILLING TO SELL MY SOUL OR MY PRINCIPLES. And despite what I woke up to today, nobody gets to steal what God helped me accomplish. OCTOBER 31, 2010 — OCTOBER 31, 2026. 16 years of sobriety. By the grace of GOD. 🙏🏼 BETRAYAL REVEALS CHARACTER. SOBRIETY BUILDS IT. #16YearsSober #SobrietyJourney #SelflessService

3 weeks of Crip the Crab’s rehabilitation! 🥹 Three weeks of love, little meals, daily care, and celebrating every little moment. No legs, all heart. One little chance at life. 💙🦀 PS : If you’re wondering what that is on his shell, it’s Fluker’s Repta-Calcium, which I use as part of @cripthecrab shell-rot care routine. 🫶
