I’m paralyzed from the neck down… this is not an exorcism ❌

They say at 27, you’re still discovering who you are… but at 37, it’s time to show the world who you’ve become.

CHAPTER 37. THIS YEAR IS PERSONAL. 🎂🙏🏽

Year 36 taught me lessons I wasn’t prepared for, tested me in ways I never imagined, and challenged me mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

But one thing I’ve learned about myself is that I AM RESILIENT.

Everything I went through didn’t break me. It built a hunger inside of me. A hunger to grow, to evolve, and to become every bit of the man God created me to be.

I’m entering 37 with a different mindset, a stronger faith, and a deeper understanding that sometimes God allows you to go through things not to punish you, but to prepare you.

To everyone who genuinely prayed for me, believed in me, and rooted for me wholeheartedly, THANK YOU. And above all, thank You, God, for never giving up on me, even in moments when I almost gave up on myself.

37 isn’t about proving anyone wrong. It’s about becoming everything I know I’m capable of being.

36 was the lesson. 37 is the elevation. 💚

Happy Birthday to me. 🎂🙏🏽

Elmo’s not really a morning monster… 😂❤️

Is being busy really the flex we think it is?

Vanessa Van Edwards says we often talk about being busy because we think it signals success and importance. But research suggests it can have the opposite effect, making other people perceive us as less competent.

Takeaways:
📅 Your schedule doesn’t need to prove your importance
🗣️ How you talk about your workload shapes how people see you
💡 Being overwhelmed isn’t the same as being successful

Выбрать себя - не эгоизм. Эгоизм - считать, что все остальные должны выбирать твои желания. Даже на 14 февраля)❤️
