We’ve been west now 11 years. Born Lions fans, but settled in the land of the Hawks, we became fans of both our place our origin, and the place we call home. And after an entire lifetime, we finally got to experience being a fan of a Super Bowl winning team…the one of our home. Celebrating that moment last night was so ridiculously cool. To feel an entire city full of pride. How people sat with each other and celebrated a renewed sense of community. Sports does cool things to people and to communities. Sitting in that joy is why people will sit through the rain, buy the ticket they couldn’t afford and call out sick to make a game. It’s a special kind of something and Seattle’s living it right now 💚💙 Go Hawks!
