Yesterday we marked R U OK? Day with a burger and barefoot bowls day at @thegreensnorthsydney - bringing our Industree Group team, partners and friends together for a chance to connect, have a laugh and, most importantly, talk.
We were joined by representatives from @ruokanyday who shared some powerful reminders about the importance of checking in, starting conversations and genuinely asking, “R U OK?”
Because sometimes, a simple question can open the door to a conversation that someone really needs.
