15-minute Black Bean Noodles! One more plant-based high-protein meal to add into your weekly rotation. Save the below ⬇️ We make this at least once a week, it’s such a wholesome meal, packed full of fibre and plant protein (28g protein, 17g fibre per portion) Ingredients (this recipe is also available on my web app with 200+ more, check it out at the link in bio or find out more on the second pinned post at the top of my page!) 🥰 1 x 400g tin organic black beans 1/2 tbsp white miso paste 4 spring onions, white and green parts finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 a fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, grated or minced 1.5 tbsp soy sauce or tamari Juice of one large lime 250g dried noodles (I used spelt ramen) To serve: Drizzle of runny tahini Green parts of the spring onion Sliced cucumber Roasted peanuts Chilli oil or Shichimi Method: In a small bullet blender, add the black beans, juices and all, and the miso (if you’re using jarred beans or beans that have already been salted - only use 1 tsp of miso) Pulse a few times to break down the beans and combine the miso, you DO NOT want a smooth paste, you’re looking for something chunky! Set aside. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Once cooked, drain, rinse, and set aside. Drizzle over a little sesame or olive oil, to stop them from sticking or clumping together. In a small saucepan, heat a dash of sesame / any neutral or olive oil on a low-medium heat. Once shimmering, add the white parts of the spring onion and a small pinch of sea salt. Cook off for 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the garlic and chilli, fry for 2 further minutes, then add the ginger. Fry for 1-2 minutes more, then pour over the soy sauce / tamari and mix well. Add the blended miso black beans, stir everything together, then turn off the heat, squeeze over the juice of one lime, add the noodles and combine with tongs. Serve into bowls with a generous drizzle of runny tahini on top, green parts of the spring onion, roasted peanuts, sliced cucumber and chilli oil / Shichimi. #15minmeals #beans #easyhealthyrecipes #protein

Day one at Australia’s newest international airport, and Goji was already on the case 🐶🍌 The biosecurity detector dog and his handler, Katie, were working at Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport on October 26, 2026, the first day international passengers arrived. Goji sniffed out undeclared bananas and pistachios in a traveler’s luggage, making the airport’s first-ever detector dog interception. The airport, Australia’s first brand-new greenfield commercial airport in more than 50 years, opened to international travelers that day with a flight from Auckland, and six detector dog teams were on duty from the start. Good boy, Goji 🏆 Media: @australianbiosecurity

@chhattisgarhhockeyleague marked the first time hockey was hosted as a franchise-based state league, and I enjoyed every bit of it. The stories of indigenous players like Daleshwar Yadav (goalkeeper of Bailadila Bulls), Himanshu Malik (goalkeeper of Rajdhani Royals), Sandeep Kumar (defender of Mainpat Titans), Shahrukh (striker of Sanskardhani Strikers), and many more will echo far beyond the inaugural season of the league. Thank you for trusting in my potential to call a game that has deep rooted historical significance in our country. Hockey's rich legacy is such that even Kim Sang-ryul, a South Korean-origin Chinese coach, once came to India specifically to study hockey as a sports course. 💗 📸 : @surajskulkarni #sportspresenter #hockey #suryanshipandey #multisports #sportsanchor
