A little BTS from a climbing shoot in Fremont Canyon on assignment for @visit.casper

Fremont Canyon is such a wild place to shoot - the North Platte cuts through massive canyon walls, with climbing routes stretching from roughly 40 feet to more than 400 feet.

For this shot we had a Sony FX6 + vintage Leica R 35mm Summilux + DJI Focus Pro LiDAR system hanging over the edge - somewhere around $15K worth of camera gear. Made possible by the Easyrig Minimax setup and, much more importantly, the crew at @peakrescue keeping everything (and everyone) safe.

These guys are the real pros. They were both our climbing talent and safety crew, and they provide technical rope and film-production safety for crews all over the world.

Definitely one of the more interesting places I’ve put a camera.
