How to perfectly candy nuts! This is a technique I learned that makes some of the most addicting and delicious candied nuts you will ever have, especially if you season them with spices, salt, really whatever you like. Letting the simple syrup reduce allows all of the sugar to coat all the nooks and crannies of the nut and when they are fried it creates the most incredible crunch. I seasoned with a mix of different spices with salt and you genuinely can’t stop yourself from eating too many. Despite frying often being seen as something tedious and difficult, I think it is made genuinely so much easier when you have the right tools, especially with @lecreuset The faster and more consistently you can fry the better the result, but also the quicker you can finish and cast iron is the way to go. Working in professional kitchens we always used cast iron pots and Le Creuset was a staple because they were so durable and could stand up to us using them every single day. With that being said I hope you all enjoyed learning how to candy nuts, it’s always fun revisiting techniques like these and as always feel free to comment below with any questions or message me directly :D #ad #LeCreusetPartner #candy #nuts #learn

Snippets from my @raw.gadigal closing a few weeks ago. Never been happier with a set and the way the crowd reacted to it. Thank you to all the dancers for making it such a special one for me <3 The perfect opening from @phia.___x , the lighting, the smoke, the sound. Everything came together to make it such a memorable night. Loudest, till my throat scratches kind of a shout for Justin for making this happen. Going the extra mile with production for this night and allowing me into his space to express myself to everyone means so much to me. Thank you for enabling younger artists like myself and inspiring us to keep doing what we love. Tightest hug to you! @justinmuscat_ 🫂 @korjy taking everyone on the insane visual ride 🤩 The live recording is now up on my Soundcloud! Big love xxx
