Some speeches inspire you for a moment. Snoop Dogg's graduation speech makes you rethink how you've been living your entire life. There are days when you feel unstoppable, and then there are days when you question everything. Your progress, your decisions, your dreams, and whether all the hard work will ever be worth it. That's when this speech hits differently. At the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business commencement ceremony in 2025, legendary rapper and entrepreneur Snoop Dogg delivered one of the most powerful motivational speeches about perseverance, self-belief, and staying true to yourself. Standing before the graduating class at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Snoop reflected on his journey from being an underdog in Long Beach, California, to becoming one of the most recognizable figures in entertainment. But what makes this iconic speech so unforgettable isn't his fame or success. It's the simplicity of his message. Stay humble. Never forget where you came from. Stay hungry. Never lose the ambition that brought you this far. Stay true. Never sacrifice your identity just to fit someone else's expectations. And perhaps the most powerful lesson of all is that believing in yourself matters most when nobody else does. What makes Snoop Dogg's words so relatable is that he doesn't pretend success comes without struggle. He reminds us that rejection, uncertainty, sacrifice, and failure are often part of becoming the person we're meant to be. Sometimes the greatest motivation doesn't come from hearing something new. It comes from being reminded of something you've forgotten about yourself. Your journey isn't over just because things are difficult right now. Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep becoming. Save this unforgettable Snoop Dogg speech for the days when you need motivation, or share it with someone who needs a reminder that their story is still being written.
Senator Bello Mandiya Found De@d 72 Hours After He Reportedly Slipped and Hit His Head in the Bathroom in Abuja Senator Abdul Ningi has recounted how former senator Bello Mandiya reportedly d+ed after slipping in his bathroom and hitting his head, with his body discovered about 72 hours later at his Abuja residence. Ningi, who represents Bauchi Central Senatorial District, narrated the incident during a Senate plenary session, revealing that he was in Saudi Arabia when his son called to inform him of Mandiya’s de@th. According to Ningi, Mandiya was last seen by a colleague at about 11am on Friday, September 4, 2026, before returning to his residence, where he lived alone. He said Mandiya was preparing to attend Friday prayers when he reportedly slipped and hit his head after bathing. “He brought out his cap, his phones, and put them on the bed, and went into the bathroom to take his bath,” Ningi said. “After taking his bath, when he was out of the bathroom, then he slipped and knocked his head in the bathroom.” Ningi explained that Mandiya’s body was discovered on Monday, September 7, after a foul smell from his apartment raised concerns among neighbours. The chief imam of Apo also reportedly became concerned after Mandiya missed prayers for three consecutive days. Residents eventually broke open the door and found the former lawmaker’s body in the bathroom. “For 72 hours, Mr President, nobody knew where Bello Mandiya was,” Ningi told the Senate. Expressing sadness over the incident, Ningi said the tragedy was a reminder of life’s uncertainty and that wealth and political positions could not guarantee permanence. “There is nothing permanent about anything. Nothing permanent about our position, nothing permanent about our wealth,” he said. Mandiya represented Katsina South Senatorial District under the All Progressives Congress from 2019 to 2023 and previously served as chief of staff to former Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari and chaired the Senate Committee on Water Resources.
