LALA IS BACK @subsdanceshow • Lala Teles is a Brazilian independent artist, dancer, and teacher based in Portugal. Her performances explore sensuality as a performative act, intimacy, and power dynamics. Completely obsessed with flow, she is constantly exploring what fluidity means to her and how it can shape and transform her dance practice. She is the co-owner and a teacher at Labunda Pole Studio in Porto.

✨ You can also learn from Lala in her workshop “Dissolved: Melt & Flow.”

Let go, melt into the movement, and discover the beauty of flowing freely through your body.

Soft, sensual, fluid: a space to melt, flow, and get lost in the dance. 🌊💫
