🎤 The interview we never knew we needed…

When filmmaker and broadcaster @officiallouistheroux visited Martin House, he found himself in the hot seat - interviewed by 7-year-old Hooriya, who is supported by the hospice.

Hooriya kept Louis on his toes with a brilliant mix of questions, and we knew we had to share the full conversation.

Ready to see how it went? 👀 Watch the full interview on our YouTube.

Thank you Louis for taking the time to visit us and spending time with families that we support - this is a moment we won’t be forgetting anytime soon 💙

🇫🇷🫶🏼

It’s time we finally talk about it 😤

Note to SELF and to YOU. ❤️

You are an amazing woman.

Even when you wake up tired, lose your patience, or feel overwhelmed by things you usually manage just fine.

You don’t have to have it all figured out every day.

Some days you have energy for everyone. Other days, one more question feels like too much.

You can love your family and need time alone. Enjoy your work and still wish you could stay in bed.

Maybe your to-do list isn’t finished. Maybe dinner is takeout and those messages will have to wait.

Take a breath. You’re human, not AI. 🤖

One hard day doesn’t undo everything you’re capable of. You don’t have to be cheerful, productive or available to deserve love.

Even on the days when you don’t feel like her, you are still a beautiful, bad-ass and amazing woman.

I love my outfit 🐆
