Hot mic catches Kings female reporters confessing their love for NBA players “allegedly, I like lightskins.” During a livestream of the Sacramento Kings’ media day on September 28, 2026, reporters were overheard between player interviews discussing #BenSimmons and #ZachLaVine in personal terms after apparently forgetting a microphone was still live. They called Simmons “cringe” yet “lucky he’s so fine” and a “good-looking dude” with notably smooth skin and no tattoos, then shifted to LaVine as “hella fine” and “cute” while criticizing his personality as annoying and prick-like; one speaker, asked about her type after Jordan Poole came up, replied that she allegedly liked light-skinned men. Speculation has focused on sports reporter Sara Hodges—formerly of CBS Sacramento and now with KGO-TV in San Francisco—who was present at the event and whose name is heard being discussed at the start of the audio, though outlets have not officially confirmed the identities of the speakers.

Compact coffin Gus with a doc Holliday brim! This hat is a lot of fun. The shorter brim version of a Doc Holliday is a cool look. The shorter crown version of a coffin Gus is also fun. Very compact, has a cool dress western vibe.
