you don’t need to spend 2 hours in the gym doing 6+ exercises with 4+ sets each to build muscle. more exercises and volume don’t automatically mean more growth !!

I’m currently doing 2 glute-focused workouts + 1 quad-focused workout per week, so 3 exercises with 2–3 sets each is enough for me per workout. if you’re actually training hard and pushing yourself close to failure, you don’t necessarily need much more than that.

prioritize high-quality sets, fuel your muscles, get enough rest (because recovery is where the growth happens) and trust the process 💙

Unbelievable day out to watch the NFL in London 🏈🇬🇧

Growing up in a region where everyone around me cared about football and the Bills, I pushed back and solely stuck with soccer. Now that I’ve been away from home for some time, I’ve realized that the love for the sport isn’t just for the sport itself, but also the community that comes with it.

Being able to watch American football across the pond is so cool and helped me feel a little closer to home (especially with all the northern accents from the eagles fans 🦅). Excited to continue to grow my love for the sport and the Bills 🦬🏈💙❤️

Thank you so much @skysports for such a great experience :)

🔥 ELITA 10: SVI IMAJU NEŠTO DA KAŽU O ANELI… A ŠTA BI PRIČALI DA NJE NEMA? 👀
Ali hajde da postavimo jedno pitanje: DA LI JE ANELI ZAISTA PROBLEM ELITE 10 ILI JE POSTALA GLAVNI IZVOR MATERIJALA ZA SVE OSTALE? 🤔

💥 I najvažnije — DA LI BI ELITA 10 BILA ZANIMLJIVIJA ILI MNOGO DOSADNIJA BEZ ANELI?

❤️ Ako volite ovakve otvorene rijaliti rasprave, ostavite LAJK, podelite objavu sa ekipom koja prati Elitu i ZAPRATITE @al_commentator za još komentara bez uvijanja!
