IF I’VE EVER BEEN A DICK TO YOU IN PUBLIC, I’M SORRY. ❤️

Over the years, I’ve said a lot of different things about people approaching me in public. Sometimes I’ve welcomed it. Other times I’ve told people to leave me alone.

And I know there have been times where I haven’t handled those interactions the best way.

But man, ever since my bodybuilding show, I’ve been feeling SO GOOD. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Just genuinely happy and at peace with myself.

And I’ve realized something. The people who come up to me aren’t trying to bother me. Most of them are just excited to meet someone they’ve watched and supported for years.

And I never want to take that for granted.

So moving forward, if you see me out in public, COME SAY HI! ❤️

I can’t promise I’ll always be having the best day, but I can promise to do my best to treat you with kindness and respect.

And if I’ve ever made you feel otherwise in the past, I genuinely apologize.

Also, the fact that these guys came up to me RIGHT AFTER I recorded this video is hilarious. 😂

AND NO, I DIDN’T PAY THEM TO SAY I WAS NICE. 😭❤️

LOVE YOU GUYS!

Ultimate Japan winter itinerary + 2027 winter festival dates 🪭🩵

If you want to go to Japan and see ALL the winter festivals this is your itinerary ☃️🩵✨ I hope you get luckier than us and don't get hit by a snowstorm delaying us for four days 🫩

Tips: Book not only hotels but esp cars as far out as possible! 2 months out, every single SUV car was booked in all of Hokkaido and it was not fun driving in all the slush and ice 🥲

Check the festival dates regularly, sometimes they change on short notice, especially the small ones that only are on for 1-2 days (happened to me with Yokote last year!)

ITINERARY (2-3 weeks) 🗺️🚙🩵

Sapporo (3-4 days)
Lake Toya (2 days)
Niseko (honestly I would skip, 1 day)
Hakodate (we couldn't get to it because of our delay 🥲 2-3 days)
Akita (Lake Tazawa, Nyuto Onsen, Yokote, Kakunodate; 3-4 days total)
Ginzan Onsen (1day)

(If you have the time I would also really recommend Noboribetsu but we ran out of time)

FESTIVAL DATES 2027 ☃️🎊🪭

Sapporo Snow Festival: Feb 4 – 11, 2027
Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival: Jan 30 – Feb 23, 2027
Yokote Kamakura Snow Festival: Feb 12 – 13, 2027
Namahage Sedo Festival: Feb 12 – 14, 2027
