We set the scene. Crowd brought the energy💥

Helen Zille, the Democratic Alliance candidate for mayor of Johannesburg, has snorkelled in a water-filled pothole and taken an old BMW “spinning” as part of her campaign. These were stunts with a purpose.

Ms Zille wants to highlight the city’s decline under a coalition led by the African National Congress. She has promised to get a grip on the finances, appoint leaders to city agencies on merit and root out corruption.

Whether she will get the chance to govern depends on her ability to form a coalition—and secure enough votes from black Joburgers. Tap the link in our bio to read why, if Ms Zille is elected, it could mark the start of a less racialised politics in South Africa.

The American people are seeing a clear CONTRAST between COMMON SENSE and CRAZY.

Republicans are fighting for common sense policies, and we have a strong record of results to prove it:

✅ Lower costs
✅ Largest middle class tax cuts in U.S. history
✅ Safer streets
✅ American dominance

Democrats voted against all of it, and they want to CHEAT to win.
