What makes our Korean Chai Latte special starts before the drink is even made.
At ONDO, we prepare our cheong 청 in-house, using a traditional Korean method where ingredients are slowly preserved with sugar to naturally extract their flavours over time.
No ready-made syrup.
No shortcuts.
Just time, good ingredients, and a little patience.
Once the cheong is ready, we use it as the base of our Korean Chai Latte, together with a blend of warm chai spices and steamed milk.
No black tea just our homemade cheong, spices and milk.
