I am honored to share a moment from our recent community awards, held at our local boxing gym.

This event served as a powerful reminder that youth work, when combined with discipline and mentorship, is one of our most effective tools in tackling complex societal issues like knife crime and mental health challenges.

It was a privilege to be joined by @cllralikazi @shind71 , High Sheriff Carmel Watson DL, and Mohammed Zafran. Their presence and support for these young people highlight the importance of collaborative efforts in building safer, more resilient communities.

By providing a structured, supportive environment, we are helping young people channel their energy into personal growth and community contribution. Watching these individuals receive recognition for their hard work is a testament to the fact that with the right support, every young person can reach their full potential.
