Morning 🙂

different phases in my fitness journey & what they look like. tbh if I can still bench & deadlift I might start training for wellness again (∗❛‿❛)b NPC Naturals arc pt 2 perhaps

All in all remember building mass takes time especially naturally, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Being able to show yall what can be achieved without any substances / p3ps motivates me more and more as I see how often even children are being pushed to hop on. Working on your physique and strength is amazing & transformative, but remember it what is on the outside doesn’t correlate with your self worth, it is simply one aspect to build confidence and self reliability. You don’t need to do any extra things and risk your health to be worth love and to have meaningful experiences. No matter what you do please truly care for yourself as you would a friend, & be safe. 💖🙏

I have a team specialized in aesthetics with fitness/nutrition coaching and weekly accountability for naturals if you’re looking to start strong or take things to the next level and want to take guesswork out of it. 🙏

You’ve Got Mail (1998), directed by Nora Ephron, is the ultimate love letter to late-90s autumn, cozy independent bookstores, and the early days of digital romance.

Reinterpreting the classic Parfumerie story line, the film reunites Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan as Joe Fox and Kathleen Kelly, business rivals by day in Manhattan’s Upper West Side and anonymous soulmates by night under the email handles “NY152” and “Shopgirl.”

Behind the scenes, Ephron crafted an environment of genuine warmth, famously encouraging Ryan and Hanks to improvise their playful banter, which gave their screen partnership an unmatched, effortless intimacy.

From the crisp scent of fall leaves to the iconic, tearful climax in Riverside Park (“I wanted it to be you”), the movie captures the nostalgic magic of connection, second chances, and finding love in a rapidly changing world.
