this is your self-love reminder that you don’t need another perfect morning routine, productivity hack or trendy habit to transform your life. sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for yourself is simply learn to trust yourself again and that trust is built every time you keep a promise you make to yourself 💌

start by choosing one thing you’ve been saying you’ll do and actually do it, whether that’s booking a workout class, putting your phone away at 8pm or taking ten minutes to journal, because every time your words and actions align, you’re showing yourself that you can rely on you and that is such a powerful form of self-love.

On June 29, 1994, Princess Diana made one of the most unforgettable appearances in royal history when she attended a gala at London’s Serpentine Gallery wearing a daring black dress. That same evening, Prince Charles publicly admitted to being unfaithful during their marriage in a televised interview with Jonathan Dimbleby.
The striking silk dress was designed by Christina Stambolian, who had created it three years earlier. Diana had reportedly avoided wearing it because she considered it too revealing. With its off the shoulder neckline, fitted silhouette and elegant pearl choker, the outfit was a dramatic departure from traditional royal fashion.
By the following morning, photographs of Diana dominated newspaper headlines, overshadowing much of the attention surrounding Charles’s confession. The outfit became known as the famous “revenge dress” and remains one of fashion’s most powerful symbols of confidence, independence and personal reinvention. 👑🖤
