In case you needed even more reason to be locked in for the record, here’s the official track list!! Which one are y’all most excited to hear?

Happy birthday Lzzy F’n Hale!

If fat loss feels strangely harder in midlife, it may not be because you need more discipline.

Your body’s needs can shift—and the supplement conversation deserves a little more nuance than “take this and watch the pounds disappear.”

I’ve shared four supplements that may support the bigger picture, along with the part most people skip: they work best alongside the basics your body still relies on. No magic powders. No pretending one capsule can outsmart sleep, strength training, protein or your hormones.

This isn’t a prescription or a one-size-fits-all plan. I’m simply giving you a peek at what I use and how I think about my goals.

If you want the links to the exact four supplements I use Comment LEAN and I’ll send them your way.

Follow for more on getting hotter, healthier and living fully in this chapter.

Xo, Pamela 🤍

I always get asked “What’s wrong with her..?”

And we finally have a diagnosis! #momentoftruth

Hammy has congenital hypothyroidism! She’s started on synthetic hormones and already seems more chipper! She may or may not stay a dwarf, but on the chance she has a growth spurt, we’re making sure to try on all the #halloween outfits 🎃 Buckle up 🤠
