This convention felt different, I felt different than any other convention

I feel more aligned, more powerful and more connected to my mission than ever before

I know exactly why I’m here, what I’m building and, most importantly, who I’m becoming in the process

@frazerbrookesonline our key note said something this weekend that really stayed with me:

Success isn’t just measured by what you achieve it’s measured by the number of people who can say their life is better because you were part of it.

And that completely shifted the way I looked at these awards

Because behind every award is a person, A story

Someone who decided to believe in themselves

Someone who took a chance, changed direction, created more freedom, grew in confidence or realised that there was more available for their life

These awards might have my name on them, but to me they represent the lives impacted, the people I’ve had the privilege of helping, the incredible community we’ve built and the years of hard work, resilience and belief that nobody sees

And THAT is what I’m most proud of

I’m leaving this convention more certain than ever that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

More aligned, More on confident within myself . More grateful. And more on mission than ever before
