The best way to celebrate our 6th anniv. Grabe naman ‘tong musical na ‘to. Iyak malala. Ang ganda ng storytelling, at ang lulupit ng mga kanta and actors.

Grabe how this play showed how love evolves as we grow older. We first understand love as butterflies in our stomach, the “kilig,” the “spark.” Then we grow a little older and start to see the realities of life, which makes us a little afraid to step into full commitment with someone. And when we finally do commit, love suddenly becomes a choice we make in the mundane moments with the person we chose to live with.

For me, none of these versions of love are right or wrong. They’re all necessary for us to fully understand how to love, and how to hope for and with the people we value. (This is one of my personal takes sa sobrang daming themes from this play so please just watch it)
