NYC, our way. 🎾🗽

Three nights, just the two of us, continuing a tradition we started back in 2014 when we were still living in San Francisco.

Every year we come to New York around the anniversary of the night we met, and somehow our formula never gets old: lots of tennis, miles and miles of walking, a spa afternoon, very good food, getting dressed up, staying out too late — and plenty of time to simply have fun together.

This year: the US Open, Central Park and Midtown on foot, spa time at the newly reopened @waldorfnyc Astoria (more on that in my next Hotel Note 👀), dinners at @altroparadiso, @gramercytavern, and @425restaurant, and a late night at Aman Jazz Club. 🎶

Oh, and apparently former professional tennis players play pickleball now. Shhh…don’t tell the tennis world. 🤫🎾

Twelve years of this little NYC tradition — and still one of my favorite weekends of the year. ❤️
