Sunday Solstice Walk ☀️

Today, I reversed my route.

Same path. Same neighborhood. Same walk… just in a different direction.

And it made me notice things I’ve probably walked right past a hundred times.

Different views.
Different details.
A different perspective.

Which got me thinking about my N.O.W. framework:

Notice.

One of the things I love about Notice is the idea of staying curious. Looking again. Creating a little novelty instead of moving through life on autopilot.

I knew this route. But by simply changing my perspective, I experienced it differently.

And isn’t that so much like life?

Sometimes we don’t need a completely new path.

We just need to be willing to look at the path we’re already on from a different angle.

Change the perspective.
Stay curious.
Notice what you haven’t noticed before.

Because there is always something new to learn about the world, about the people around us, and about ourselves.

So today’s reminder?

You don’t always have to change your destination.

Sometimes, you just need to change the way you’re looking at it.
