Welcome to Solstice Leadership.

If you’re new here…I’m Sarah.

Founder. Executive Leadership Coach. Lifelong learner. And someone who believes there is so much more available in and for us than we realize.

After more than 25 years in leadership positions, I reached a turning point.

What I used to look at as interruptions, became an invitation for growth, alignment, and transformation.

I reached a point where I knew I wanted more…

More impact.
More meaning.
More purpose.
More opportunity to help people grow.

And that’s why I created Solstice Leadership.

Because I believe leadership is about so much more than just strategy, skills and performance.

Don’t get me wrong…I love goals. I love milestones and a solid high-achieving environment.

But the magic is in self-mastery.

Knowing yourself.
Leading yourself.
Getting curious about what’s holding you back.
Having the courage to evolve.
And learning how to lead from a place of clarity, confidence and intention.

Today, I get to help leaders, entrepreneurs and growth-minded humans tap into the potential that’s already inside of them. To watch them turn that potential into meaningful action and growth… pure magic.

That’s what I love about coaching.

I don’t believe my job is to tell you who to become.

It’s to help you actualize who you’re capable of becoming. And realizing that you are capable, whole, resourceful and creative as you are.

So, here I am stepping more fully into my journey, building something that matters deeply to me, and creating a space for conversations around leadership, growth, self-mastery and transformation.

I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re in a season of growth, change or simply feeling that there’s more for you…

Let’s connect.

Welcome to my corner of the universe. by @_sarahnapoli

Today is a big day. 🚀

After months of planning, creating, revising, and definitely overthinking a few things… my website officially launches!

What started as a vision in my head is now something real, and I couldn’t have done it without Hannah Lavigne at @sagejamescreative.

Hannah has an incredible ability to take scattered ideas, ask the right questions, and bring a vision to life in a way that feels authentically you. I’m so grateful for her creativity, patience, and partnership throughout this process.

For years, I’ve been helping people untangle ideas, work through challenges, navigate leadership, and figure out what’s next.

I’ve spent a lot of time helping other people build things.

Today, I’m sharing something I’ve built.

The truth is, this isn’t really about a website.

It’s about creating a place where leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals can find support, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

To everyone who has followed along, encouraged me, cheered me on, referred me, or trusted me with your growth; I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support has meant more than you know.

This next chapter feels exciting, a little scary, and completely worth it.

Here’s to putting something into the world that feels deeply aligned with who I am, how I serve, and the impact I hope to create. by @_sarahnapoli

It’s October.
You have three months.

What are you choosing NOW?

And if you know there’s more for you:
more clarity
more confidence
more intention
more growth…

you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I’m opening 3 spots for 1:1 coaching for a six-month transformational coaching experience.

Because real transformation doesn’t happen because we made a resolution on January 1.

It happens when we decide to show up for ourselves consistently.

To get curious.
To get honest.
To challenge what’s no longer serving us.
To take aligned action.
To integrate what we’re learning.
To become.

Start now.
Give yourself six months.
See who you become.

DM me ‘NOW’ if you’re ready to go all in on yourself. ✨ by @_sarahnapoli

✨Solstice Sunday ✨

An intentional day to slow down, reflect, and take in the last six days of Do. Not. Disturb…the kind of DND that’s good for the soul. 🤍

Three days immersed with my Lumina Legacy cohort, learning and preparing for the next level of our leadership coaching education.

And then, almost seamlessly, three days with The Integrated Entrepreneur Insight Room Immersion.

Different experiences.
Different rooms.
Same invitation: Integrate.

I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on how much has shifted in me over these last several months.

And this week, I got to practice some of that growth.

Because transformation isn’t just about what we learn.

It’s about how we live what we learn.

Awareness. Action. Integration.

That’s leadership, too.

Not having it all figured out.
Not waiting until you feel ready.
Not becoming someone new.

Just continuing to notice, grow, choose, and become more fully who you already are.

Still learning. Still growing. Still becoming.

I’m very much in my N.O.W. era. 💁🏼‍♀️

Maybe the invitation for all of us is to stop rushing toward the next thing long enough to recognize what’s already changing within us.

Give yourself space to integrate the growth.
You might be further along than you realize. ✨

So, your Sunday reflection:

What have you been learning about yourself lately and where are you being invited to live that learning? by @_sarahnapoli

Sunday Solstice Walk ☀️

Today, I reversed my route.

Same path. Same neighborhood. Same walk… just in a different direction.

And it made me notice things I’ve probably walked right past a hundred times.

Different views.
Different details.
A different perspective.

Which got me thinking about my N.O.W. framework:

Notice.

One of the things I love about Notice is the idea of staying curious. Looking again. Creating a little novelty instead of moving through life on autopilot.

I knew this route. But by simply changing my perspective, I experienced it differently.

And isn’t that so much like life?

Sometimes we don’t need a completely new path.

We just need to be willing to look at the path we’re already on from a different angle.

Change the perspective.
Stay curious.
Notice what you haven’t noticed before.

Because there is always something new to learn about the world, about the people around us, and about ourselves.

So today’s reminder?

You don’t always have to change your destination.

Sometimes, you just need to change the way you’re looking at it.

Sunday Solstice Walk ✨☀️✨

Here’s your reminder to stop for a minute and actually recognize how much you’ve grown.

Because sometimes we’re so focused on the next goal, the next milestone, the next version of ourselves…

that we forget to be proud of the person doing the work right now.

I’ve been stretching myself in ways I never have before: building my coaching practice, working toward my ICF certification, growing in confidence and presence, and continuing to challenge myself mentally and physically.

And you know what?

I’m proud of myself.

Not because I’ve arrived.

But because I’m doing the thing.

The thing I’ve always wanted to do.
The thing that requires me to stretch.
The thing that asks me to become more of who I’m capable of being.

And maybe you need to hear this too:

You don’t have to wait until you reach the goal to be proud of yourself.

Be proud of the discipline.
Be proud of the courage.
Be proud of the days you kept going.
Be proud of the version of you that decided to bet on yourself.

Because if you have audacious goals and a big vision for your life, you’re probably always going to be in progress.

And that’s not a problem.

In progress means you’re moving.
You’re growing.
You’re becoming.

So don’t rush past this version of you trying to get to the next one.

Look around.

Take it in.

You’re already becoming the person you said you wanted to be.

And that’s something worth being proud of.

Sunday Solstice Walk ☀️

I got my walk in just before the rain today, and the meditation I was listening to really made me pause.

It was about joyful expectation.

Not trying to control what’s coming.
Not needing to know exactly how everything will work out.
Just being open to what’s possible.

Expecting love.
Expecting support.
Expecting guidance.
Expecting good things.

And honestly, I’ve been learning how transformational it can be to pay attention to the energy I’m bringing into my life…what I’m giving, what I’m receiving, and what I’m making space for.

There’s a difference between hoping something good is coming and being in the energy to receive it when it does.

That’s one of the reasons these Sunday Solstice Walks have become so important to me.

They give me a chance to slow down, notice, recalibrate, and reset before I step into a new week.

I don’t have to know exactly what’s coming next.

I just have to stay open to the possibility that it will be really good.

So this week, I’m choosing to expect a little more love, a little more support, a little more guidance and to leave plenty of room for unexpected magic in between.

What if you went into this week expecting something good to find you?

Happy Sunday. ✨🤍 by @_sarahnapoli

✨Sunday Solstice Walk✨

Usually, Sunday mornings start with a slow Solstice Walk.

But today, I had to re-prioritize.
Hair appointment first. 💁🏼‍♀️

So I squeezed my walk in between the raindrops instead. Hoping I’d see a rainbow.

And somewhere along the way, Billy Joel’s “Vienna” popped in my head. The lyrics landed differently this time (as I immediately put on the song):

“Slow down, you’re doing fine.
You can’t be everything you wanna be before your time.”

Maybe that was the reminder I needed.

I’m learning that being “on track” doesn’t always mean everything goes according to plan.

Sometimes it means adapting.
Staying focused.
Keeping the rituals that ground you.
And trusting that you are still right on time.

During my walk, I started mapping out the week ahead…my priorities, my focus, my rhythm.

Later as I was wrapping up the mind-map putting it pen to paper, I looked out the window…

There was my rainbow.

It was just a little reminder:

You don’t have to rush your becoming.

Lead yourself first.
Trust the timing.
Keep showing up.

And find the magic in the small moments.

You’re right on time. ✨ by @_sarahnapoli

Sunday Solstice Walk ☀️

Today’s walk started a little differently.

I was playing with the pup, lacing up my sneakers, and having a little FaceTime coffee talk with my sisters.

I love that we can just hop on a call; not because there’s anything we need to talk about, but simply because we want to connect and be together.

Usually, I start my walks with a little time to myself. But today, I had company… from a few miles away. 🤍

And it got me thinking about gratitude.

About relationships.

About the people who matter most.

And how important it is to be intentional about nurturing those relationships. Making space for the people who bring meaning to our lives.

I know that isn’t everyone’s story, and I don’t take it for granted for one second that my three sisters are also some of my very best friends. I’m incredibly blessed to have them in my life.

Sometimes, it’s just a quick morning check-in with the sibs.
And somehow, that little connection can set the tone for the whole day.

So as you head into this week…

What are you grateful for today?
And what relationships are you going to be intentional about nurturing this week? by @_sarahnapoli

New Team Member Alert!

We’ve added a new member to Team Napoli & Solstice Leadership!

Meet Gia.
She’s 12 weeks old, ridiculously cute, full of personality, and already keeping us on our toes.

She’s been giving me little leadership lessons along the way. And she got me thinking…

When you bring someone new onto a team, it’s not just about giving them a job description and showing them where things are.

It’s about onboarding. Integrating. Learning each other. Creating routines. Setting boundaries. Finding your flow.

And then… being patient when it doesn’t all happen overnight.

Gia is learning us just as much as we’re learning her.

Some days bring big progress.
Some days bring a little chaos.
And every day brings another opportunity to reinforce, redirect, encourage, and try again.

Sounds a lot like leadership to me.

Patience and progress is a pretty powerful combination.

And honestly… she’s been here a week. She needed proper introduction on the business page.

I’m hoping after her onboarding and 30-60-90 she’ll be able to join me on a few 1:1s! I just know she’s going to be the best co-worker one day!

Welcome to the family, Gia. We’re pretty obsessed with you! by @_sarahnapoli
