comment OUTSOURCE and i’ll send you the virtual assistant agency i used, bc as a working mom of two with a full time 9-5, handing off my business admin is how i got my weekends back w my kids !!

the biggest surprise was how wrong i was about my own time - you know how in your brain you’re like “oh that only takes me 5 mins” but in reality it’s wayyyy longer? 🙋‍♀️ once janine started i could finally see how many of those lil 5 min tasks were taking up literally all my free time 😭

if you’re thinking about hiring one, here’s what made it work for me: hand off the tasks you repeat every single week first, write the instructions right on each task so she never has to come back and ask, and keep every deadline in one place (we use asana) so nothing lives only inside your brain anymore.

and honestly the best part is being fully present with my kids on a saturday without thinking about my biz literally once 🥹

if you’re new here hi, im erin!!! still in my 9-5 and not planning on leaving it, and i build the systems that let you do both. follow @kee_to_wellness

#Clique, Def Jam CEO Tunji Balogun is reportedly leaving Universal Music Group by the end of the year as the company cuts jobs and reshuffles leadership across its labels, according to Music Business Worldwide.

If his name doesn’t ring a bell, his work probably does. Balogun has worked with Bryson Tiller, Khalid, Wizkid and Childish Gambino, and has led Def Jam since January 2022.

Where I’d rather be! 🧊

One of my favorite things about Greenland is that the landscape is constantly changing. No two trips will ever be the same. Between the fleeting icebergs, the wildlife, and the unpredictable weather, there’s something really special about knowing that no one else will ever experience this place exactly as you are in that moment. Not even you, if you come back.

Long before the internet crowned him the “Trololo Man,” Eduard Khil was already a revered pillar of Soviet vocal music, celebrated for his rich baritone and charismatic stage presence. When ideological restrictions kept him from singing the original lyrics about a western cowboy, Khil improvised a brilliant non-lexical vocalise that relied purely on expression and rhythm.
Decades later, the archival clip resurfaced online, transforming a forgotten broadcast into a joyous cross-cultural masterpiece of internet history. It stands as a fascinating reminder that genuine musical charm transcends time, language, and generations.
