✨ MONDAY MOTIVATION ✨ For myself and anyone else that needs it. Choose YOU. Love YOU. Take care of YOU. Is it easy? NO. Is it worth it? YES. Does it happen overnight? NO. Can you do it? YES. If I can do it, YOU can do it. Haven’t reached my goal YET - but I’m WORKING towards it ✨There was a time where I didn’t even think I could get to THIS place. We tend to get in our OWN ways. We are our own worst critics. I wanted to quit so many times because I wasn’t seeing results fast enough. I’m IMPATIENT. I actually HAVE given up on myself MANY times before which caused the left side of this picture (along with other struggles and obstacles). But I had to learn that this type of growth takes TIME.
