Life surprises us with blessings when we LEAST expect it. We don’t know when, how, who, or where… but the WHY is evident when we sit and think about all we’ve been through in life. When good things happen we realize that it wasn’t all for nothing. Timing is EVERYTHING and out of our hands. With that being said, meet my newest blessing 🥹❤️ by @ohthatnancy

✨ MONDAY MOTIVATION ✨ For myself and anyone else that needs it. Choose YOU. Love YOU. Take care of YOU. Is it easy? NO. Is it worth it? YES. Does it happen overnight? NO. Can you do it? YES. If I can do it, YOU can do it. Haven’t reached my goal YET - but I’m WORKING towards it ✨There was a time where I didn’t even think I could get to THIS place. We tend to get in our OWN ways. We are our own worst critics. I wanted to quit so many times because I wasn’t seeing results fast enough. I’m IMPATIENT. I actually HAVE given up on myself MANY times before which caused the left side of this picture (along with other struggles and obstacles). But I had to learn that this type of growth takes TIME. Have patience and grace with yourself. ✨ xoxo 💋 by @ohthatnancy

✨ 2016 (10 years ago) ✨ Was so fun… I was a manager at MAC, I was in my second year of motherhood, had SHORT hair, transitioned from platinum to natural dark hair, and pops of color and eyeliner were ALL THE RAGE! 💄….it was a time ✨#2016 #10yearschallenge #macdays #backintheday #10yearsago by @ohthatnancy

SO…. 🥹✨ 20 lbs down in almost 3 months 🥹😭✨ Hard work, dedication, the WILL & WANT… and of course the guidance of my amazing trainer @iamtiffanybernard - LIFE… life took a toll on me. This girl has been through more than the eye can see… and a change needed to be made. I can’t change the past or the rough road I sadly went down… but I chose this for me and for my baby girl. She deserves a healthy mommy who’s not always tired … I’m still ALWAYS tired lol 😂 but you know what I mean. I don’t even recognize the girl on the left anymore. I’m so proud of me and thankful for making this decision to CHOOSE ME & trust Tiffany’s guidance. It’s NOT easy but omg SO WORTH IT 🥹✨ oh! And…. I’m not done… STAY TUNED!!! by @ohthatnancy
