What does an artwork taste like?

We started with Anish Kapoor.

A dish developed in response to the artist’s visual language—translating colour, form and sensation into something that can be tasted and shared.

Andthou. Catering explores food as a bridge: between art and everyday life, between people, cultures and conversations.

Sometimes we begin with an artist. Sometimes with an object, a memory, or a place.

Through artist-inspired food, intimate gatherings and collaborative events, we are interested in what can happen when we experience one thing together — around a table.

This is where we begin.
