My son’s name is Jaxon too and we call him Jax. Born with ICH at 24wks and is 16yrs old now. I’ve been following your journey since your son was born and always think of your family and pray for you all. Love the way you keep his memories alive and you’re such and inspiring Mother 🫶🙏💫💙
